Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the website at www.ingenics.com.

Commitment to Accessibility

As a company, we design our website and mobile applications in accordance with the requirements of the Act on the Strengthening of Accessibility (BFSG), the BFSG Regulation (BFSGV) and the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services).

Current Status of Accessibility

The accessibility requirements are set out in the BFSG Regulation (BFSGV). The technical requirements are based on the WCAG 2.1 standards at Levels A and AA. Compliance with these requirements was last verified by an internal self-assessment on 27 June 2025.

Conformity status

Our website is designed to be as accessible as possible. Some content and functions do not yet fully comply with the applicable accessibility requirements, in particular:

Some images and graphics do not consistently have meaningful alternative text.
Not all form elements are labelled programmatically for assistive technologies.
Keyboard navigation (focus order) is not always easy to follow in isolated cases, and the keyboard focus is not always clearly visible.
Some control elements have different accessible and visible names.
Some PDF documents are not fully accessible.

We are constantly working to identify these barriers and rectify them as soon as possible.
